Refund Policy for RefWaffle

RefWaffle subscriptions are billed through Paddle, who acts as our merchant of record.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer and unless the below exception applies, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Please note that in respect of subscription services, your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

You may also exercise your cancellation right by making any other clear, unambiguous statement through our available communication channels. We will communicate acknowledgment of receipt of your cancellation request to you without delay.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your RefWaffle subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to RefWaffle until your paid period expires.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused service time outside of the 14-day cancellation window described above.

Free Trial

RefWaffle offers a 14-day free trial. Payment information is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
